Crisis communication has been in the news with recent evangelical figures, without necessarily naming names, what mistakes do you see ministries like these making during a crisis?

I haven’t been personally involved in some of these high profile situations, but I have had involvement with major crises involving Christian organizations so my comments are not reflective of any specific situation. In general, however, organizations struggle with keeping up with the demands for information in this instant news world.
