Shawn Wood from Seacoast Church gave three areas to understand if you want to know what your “brand” is in your community at MinistryCOM in Nashville this year. They need to be not only what you think you are, but also what people think you are. Shawn defines the brand as the “gut feeling” people get when they think about you.

  1. Distinctive: What is unique about your church?
  2. Relevant: Who cares about you? What makes you compelling? Are you answering questions people are asking?
  3. Effective: You may have cool looking identity materials, but is anyone really paying attention?
