The need for change in ministries and churches has never been greater and can be felt at multiple levels. Yet ministry leaders often feel stuck in neutral, or worse, like they’re moving backwards.

To remain healthy, every ministry or church should pursue at least some level of change at any given time. Only that which is transformational and redemptive in nature will last for eternity.

But, change doesn’t just magically happen.

It takes effort.

It takes intentionality.

It takes blood, sweat and tears.

It happens when someone in your ministry (like you) sees the need, has a vision for what could be, then takes the initiative to drive toward it.

So, go ahead, step up and be the one to lead the change needed to fulfill the vision. The results may just blow you away!

Thanks, Michael. I think we would all see opportunities for influencing change around us if we just had this on our radar and were willing to do something about it.

    I appreciate your comments.
