Those who know me best know that math is not my forte. Sure, I can hold my own on the basics like, umm, ready for this—addition and subtraction. But please don’t ask me to bust on some Algebra or Calculus. I’ll melt and cave under the pressure.
But, you won’t catch me claiming to be a mathematician.
Every day, I interact with ministries and churches who say wonderful things about themselves but who may be forgetting to actually be wonderful.
When you say you are amazing but everything about you says you’re not, you are reinforcing the mistrust that already exists in your sphere of influence.
Concentrate on actually being all the great things you want to say about yourself first, then worry about how best to say them later.
That’s great branding.

I agree. I have read a lot of books on word of mouth marketing. It seems to me it just comes down to being remarkable. (Seth Godin: purple cowish)
