Bill Roberson Tells How to Avoid Burnout by Building a Communication Team

Bill Roberson leads the Design and Communications Ministry at Lake Pointe Church a multi-site church in the Dallas Metroplex. He has been on staff with Lake Pointe since 2000, after leaving the design studio at Fossil Watches. Bill will be leading a workshop at MinistryCOM in Nashville, September 13-14 entitled Developing a Great Communications Team.

Bill says, regardless of how good you are, you can’t do it all alone. He wants to give you tips for putting together a great team to make your communications ministry run more efficiently and keep yourself from burning out. We asked Bill to give us a few insights about communication team building.
